(“Service”). By installing, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to comply with
all the terms mentioned below. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.
1. About the Application
BTRise is a comprehensive field-operations management application designed for Medical
Representatives (MRs), Pharma Managers, and Healthcare Field Teams. It provides tools for:
- Daily work planning and visit scheduling
- Doctor, chemist, and stockist management
- Activity reporting and monthly working plan creation
- Expense and salary-related record maintenance
- Sales monitoring and performance tracking
- Regional and town-wise allocation for field coverage
2. User Eligibility
The Service is intended for authorized medical & pharmaceutical field professionals.
By using the app, you confirm that:
- You are associated with an organization or team using BTRise
- You have permission to enter and manage field-related information
- You are at least 18 years of age
3. User Responsibilities
As a user, you agree to the following:
- You must maintain confidentiality of your login ID and password
- You must enter accurate and factual information only
- You must not misuse the app or attempt to interfere with its functions
- You must avoid uploading harmful, illegal, or misleading data
- You are responsible for all actions performed using your account
4. Acceptable Use Restrictions
You must not:
- Reverse-engineer, modify, or tamper with the app
- Use automated tools to extract or modify app data
- Share confidential internal app data with unauthorized persons
- Upload unverified, offensive, or confidential doctor-related information
5. Data Ownership & Accuracy
All data (MR reports, visits, schedules, doctor lists, chemist information, stockist
records, etc.) entered by users remains the property of the organization or individual
using the Service. The Company is not responsible for:
- Incorrect data entered by users
- Loss caused due to inaccurate or incomplete reporting
- Decisions taken by organizations based on user-entered data
6. Service Availability
While we strive to keep BTRise stable and available at all times, occasional downtime may
occur due to maintenance, upgrades, or network issues. The Company shall not be held
liable for temporary service unavailability.
7. Limitations of Liability
The Company is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from:
- Incorrect usage of the app
- Loss of data due to device issues
- Decisions based on reports generated through the app
- Organization’s internal policies or actions
8. Updates & Modifications
The Company may update, modify, or discontinue certain features of BTRise without
prior notice. Continued use of the Service after updates implies acceptance of the
revised terms.
9. Termination
Your access to BTRise may be suspended or terminated if:
- You violate these Terms & Conditions
- You engage in unauthorized or harmful activities
- Your organization discontinues your access
